Drybase Flex Adhesive 10 kg is a high-quality, polymer-modified cement adhesive designed specifically for bonding Drybase Flex membrane to internal walls. It performs exceptionally well on substrates affected by damp or salt contamination, creating a reliable, long-lasting bond where standard plasters or fixings may fail.
Supplied as a grey powder, this adhesive mixes easily with water to form a smooth paste that offers excellent workability and strong adhesion. Mixing & Application
Ensure walls are sound and free from dust, oil, or loose material.
Mix one part clean water to 3.5 parts adhesive powder by weight (approx. 2.9 L water per 10 kg bag). Stir to a smooth, lump-free consistency.
Apply a 1–2 mm layer using a trowel, working in small sections of around 1 m² at a time.
Firmly press Drybase Flex membrane into the fresh adhesive within 10 minutes of application.
Maintain a 25 mm gap above floor level when installing membrane sheets.
Allow to cure overnight before applying plaster or a skim finish.
